Terms and Conditions

By opting to purchase tickets to Active / Passive Vol. 4 you agree to these terms and conditions.

All ticket sales are final transactions. Tickets are non-refundable.
Active / Passive Performance Society reserves the right to change, revise, or amend the event as described without any prior notice to you. Such changes will be noted on the Facebook event page and on our website.
If you are not able to access the venue or event due to delays, regulations, weather, emergencies or any other reason, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits.
If Active / Passive Vol. 4 is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, Active / Passive Performance Society has the right to at its discretion a) reschedule the event b) issue a partial or full refund or c) not issue any refunds.
Active / Passive Performance Society is not liable for any damages caused to you at the venue or for any items that are lost, stolen or misplaced at the venue.
Active / Passive Performance Society has a zero-tolerance policy regarding discriminatory, harassing, or threatening behaviour, actions, or activities. Active / Passive Performance Society reserves the right to remove you from the venue if you behave in a discriminatory, harassing or threatening manner, without reimbursing or refunding your ticket. Your ticket will become void at that point.

Your tickets are being purchased from Active / Passive Performance Society (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
